Triathlon Coaching-$175/month

The weekly triathlon plan include:

  • Beginning of the year meeting
  • Assessment of the previous week’s workouts
  • Weekly workouts posted to Training Peaks
  • One weekly e-mail or correspondence addressing the progress of the previous week
  •  Race plans
  • A phone call before and after each race
  • End of the season meeting
  • Athletes receive 20% off swim stroke evaluations and one-on-one swim technique coaching and bike handling coaching

Swim Performance Coaching-$65/hr per lesson or $55/hr for a pack of 4 lessons

Proper swim stroke technique is crucial to fast, efficient swimming.  Anyone can become comfortable, efficient, and fast in the water with proper technique and conditioning.  Make it your mission to nail your next swim and leave the water feeling great and ready to have the ride and run of your life!  These sessions include

  • Video of the swimmer’s stroke
  • Analysis of the stroke
  • Drills/tips/discussion on how to change the stroke to improve performance

In most cases multiple sessions are required to nail down proper technique.

One, one-on-one hour session is most relevant for a stroke analysis or for athletes with swimming backgrounds that are getting back into the water after a long hiatus from swimming.

Run Coaching-$100/month

Run specific coaching for the marathoner, half marathoner or athletes looking for some help on only the run portion of their triathlon training.  This plan includes:

  • Beginning of the year meeting
  • Assessment of the previous week’s workouts
  • Weekly workouts posted to Training Peaks
  • One weekly correspondence addressing the progress of the previous week
  • Race plans
  • A  phone call before and after each race
  • End of the season meeting
  • Athletes also receive 20% off swim lessons
